What you will do

• Design, verify, and validate analog and mixed-signal high-speed building blocks for data center networking ASICs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Perform bench test debug and validation for clock generation, timing IPs, and SerDes.
• Characterize critical control loops, including PLLs and LDOs.
• Analyze signal and power integrity for high-speed designs using advanced measurement equipment.
• Assess design bugs and recommend effective technical workarounds.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IP design, verification, and validation.
• Expertise in high-speed data converters, SerDes, and optical I/O.
• Proficiency in Matlab or Python.
• Experience with DCO, real-time scopes, and network analyzers.
• Must be based in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF and high-speed probing.
• Understanding of advanced packaging (2.5D / 3D) architectures.
