Analog Design Engineer (Hardware)

What you will do

• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal IC blocks, including data converters, power management, and amplifiers in advanced CMOS processes.
• Define architectures and create behavioral and system models using Matlab, Verilog-A, SystemVerilog, and Simulink.
• Simulate and verify circuit performance using Spectre and mixed-signal methodologies.
• Lead layout implementation and post-layout simulation to ensure DRC/LVS closure.
• Perform silicon bring-up, lab validation, debug, and post-silicon characterization.
• Collaborate with digital, layout, and test engineering teams to deliver robust, manufacturable designs.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant IC design experience: 2+ years for Bachelor's degree or 0+ years for Master's degree.
• Strong foundation in CMOS analog and mixed-signal IC design and the full design flow.
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as Spectre and Matlab.
• Hands-on lab experience with silicon debug and validation.
• Must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience with power conversion architectures, Delta-sigma ADCs/DACs, PLLs, or LNAs.
• Familiarity with reliability topics such as ESD and latch-up.
• Experience across multiple CMOS process nodes and geometry scales.
