What you will do

• Develop CMOS mixed-signal circuitry from the concept phase through to production.
• Perform analog circuit modeling using Matlab, Verilog-A, and real number SystemVerilog.
• Simulate and verify circuit performance and functionality using Spectre and ADEXL.
• Conduct chip-level verification utilizing analog-on-top and digital-on-top methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC development.
• Strong proficiency in CMOS analog design and layout.
• Expertise in s-domain and z-domain analysis.
• Solid experience with Matlab, Verilog-A, and System Verilog.
• Must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license (nationals of certain embargoed countries may be prohibited).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of discrete-time and continuous-time signal processing.
• Experience in system and behavioral modeling.
• Strong silicon debug skills and understanding of reliability concerns.
• Experience with various CMOS processes and geometry nodes.
