TL;DR

PMO (Fintech): Coordinating application remediation and uplift within a complex enterprise IT environment with an accent on structured reporting and stakeholder communication. Focus on monitoring remediation progress across multiple service domains, ensuring compliance, and handling technical dependencies.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800–1100 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Monitor remediation progress in coordination with Service Domain Technical Leads and Points of Contact.
• Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure timely receipt of progress reports for all applications and maintain relevant documentation.
• Report progress to the reporting team (SATL / COO) and maintain business area communications.
• Escalate and handle issues, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with the WS2 Lead.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel as primary tools.
• Experience managing a portfolio of small projects and teams.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and deliver accurate inputs for executive reports.
• Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kanban boards.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and collaboration.
