Agile Coach (Fintech)

TL;DR

Agile Coach (Value Stream Management): Driving the transition to a horizontal delivery model aligned to client outcomes with an accent on Lean and Agile principles. Focus on identifying delivery constraints, optimizing flow efficiency, and coaching teams on Kanban and Lean Portfolio Management.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (must work from the office two days each week)

What you will do

• Facilitate value stream mapping sessions, process diagnostics, and cross-functional improvement workshops.
• Identify and remove delivery bottlenecks, delays, and non-value-adding activities.
• Coach teams and leaders on Lean and Agile principles, including WIP limits and pull-based work systems.
• Interpret flow performance data (cycle time, throughput, blocker time) to guide team decisions.
• Collaborate with the Data & Reporting function to create and refine dashboards and visualizations.
• Document and share reusable improvement patterns and success cases across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Lean, Agile, and Value Stream Management principles and practices.
• Solid understanding of Lean Portfolio Management in large-scale Agile environments.
• Proficient communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of the technology industry and SaaS business fundamentals.
• Location: Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid model in Warsaw.
