TL;DR

Technical Project Manager (Data & Analytics / BI / Web Development / Azure): End-to-end ownership of technical IT projects spanning BI, Data & Analytics solutions, Reporting Applications, Data Platforms, and Web Applications built on Microsoft Azure with an accent on custom Data Lake ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. Focus on driving technical discussions, translating business requirements into feasible technical scopes, managing SDLC phases, and leading Scrum ceremonies while mitigating architectural risks.

Location: Poland ("Office as an option" model - remote or in the office)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical IT projects from initiation through delivery and handover in Data & Analytics, BI, Web Development, and Data Platforms.
• Act as technical partner to client, moderating discussions on architecture, design trade-offs, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate deeply with data engineers, developers, and architects, providing guidance and removing impediments.
• Translate business needs into technical scope, manage budget, timeline, risks, and dependencies with focus on technical constraints.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies, client meetings, knowledge management, and continuous improvement of delivery standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Technical background: Computer Science/Engineering education or hands-on experience as developer/data engineer/technical lead.
• Strong grasp of technical details, BI/Data Lake/Cloud concepts, Azure fundamentals (data storage/processing, integrations, security, architectures).
• Deep SDLC understanding, Scrum/Agile experience, project planning/monitoring skills.
• Analytical/problem-solving abilities, excellent communication to bridge business/technical stakeholders, high ownership under pressure.
• Experience in enterprise-scale global environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, Java, React.
