What you will do

• Coach Scrum teams and foster Agile best practices.
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies.
• Support backlog clarity and delivery goals.
• Remove impediments and enable team focus.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders through clear communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Up to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) required; SAFe or other Agile certifications a plus.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in software product development environments.
• English proficiency (B2/C1) for international work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
