What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed cutover plans, timelines, resource allocation, and task ownership aligned with project milestones.
• Coordinate and lead cutover activities including mock runs, dress rehearsals, and final production cutover across all streams.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions, identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure robust communication, reporting, defect management, contingency planning, and rollback procedures.
• Support business continuity, stakeholder preparation, post-cutover reviews, and hypercare post go-live.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in ERP cutover management, preferably SAP S/4HANA, EWM.
• Proven track record leading cutover for large-scale implementations; strong understanding of ERP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO), data migration, system integration, infrastructure.
• Excellent planning, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with JIRA.
• Knowledge of local and regional legal, regulatory, policy requirements in ERP operations.
• Fluent in English.
