What you will do

• Lead the industrialization of Fixed Networks and Broadband Networks products from R&D to mass production.
• Coordinate product introduction planning and timeline alignment across R&D, PLM, Procurement, QC, and factories.
• Develop and execute industrialization plans, including pilot runs and continuous improvement actions.
• Drive yield improvement and optimize processes during early production stages.
• Manage engineering change notices, including evaluation, implementation, and effectiveness tracking.
• Regularly report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product industrialization within the telecommunications industry.
• Hands-on experience in EMS factories and managing vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with R&D, testing, SMT/assembly line operations, and material management processes.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Bydgoszcz, Poland (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Prior experience in well-known telecom companies.
