What you will do

• Scan tender notifications, evaluate opportunities, and qualify with Legal and Sales teams.
• Own tender procedures, manage timelines, risks, and coordinate submissions.
• Create high-quality proposals, gather inputs from experts, and ensure review processes.
• Develop data capture, analysis, and reporting to identify trends.
• Improve processes for faster responses, info gathering, and bid-text library development.
• Collaborate globally, share best practices, and participate in integrated team efforts.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business-IT related areas
• Experience in pre-sales, procurement tendering, and bid management with proven win rates
• Knowledge of public sector procurement rules and best practices in tender management
• Excellent project management, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tenders
• Strong data analytical skills and business acumen
