What you will do

• Monitor and analyze network performance, system alerts, and resolve connectivity issues using SolarWinds.
• Manage incident tickets for hirify.global hardware and VOIP systems, collaborating with external service providers.
• Oversee backup processes and verification using NetVault.
• Coordinate bridge calls and communication with stakeholders for major (P1/P2) incidents.
• Gather root cause analysis (RCA) information from support teams to populate problem records.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and maintain operational runbooks and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in an IT Service Desk or NOC-related role.
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) and monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
• Experience with VOIP technologies and backup systems (NetVault).
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into business impact.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (as specified in the authorization section).
