Lead IT Engineer (Fintech): Own and evolve the technical infrastructure powering operations in Manila with an accent on networks, servers, identity, compliance, and security. Focus on managing on-prem servers and GSM gateways, leading projects like firewall replacement, RADIUS/AD migration, and zero trust network rollout, ensuring audit readiness and vendor delivery.

Location: Hybrid - Manila (at least 2 days/week in Manila HQ)

What you will do

• Own infrastructure including on-prem servers, Mediatel systems, and 400–500 GSM gateways for agent operations.
• Lead projects like firewall replacement, RADIUS/AD/Meraka Wi-Fi migration, and zero trust network rollout.
• Manage cloud tooling, user provisioning, MDM, and access control with security focus.
• Handle IT compliance, audit preparation, and governance standards.
• Drive vendor relationships and project delivery with urgency.
