Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Manila, Philippines, with occasional travel to office or data centre locations within the APAC region.

What you will do

• Support, maintain, and develop enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design and implement network solutions including routing, switching, and VPN services.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF-based network environments.
• Create and maintain high-level and low-level network documentation and diagrams.
• Monitor network performance and resolve complex connectivity incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors within a formal change management framework.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies.
• Practical experience with BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Proven experience in deploying and supporting VPN configurations.
• Experience working within structured change management frameworks.
• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto network and security platforms.
• Exposure to automation and scripting technologies such as Python or Ansible.
• Previous experience supporting 24/7 enterprise environments.
