TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules.
  • Execute platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature enablement aligned to roadmap and governance standards.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support across the platform.
  • Support stakeholders in shaping requirements and designing scalable solutions.
  • Lead CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle process improvements.
  • Establish platform processes, standards, documentation, and monitor usage for optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, ideally with ITSM, CSM, SOM modules
  • Strong hands-on experience with configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), Flow Designer, UI policies, integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience improving CMDB governance, data models, relationship mapping, and operational processes
  • Familiarity with platform architecture, upgrade planning, best practices, and ITIL processes
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional CIS certifications highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills for partnering with technical and business stakeholders
