What you will do

• Perform functional, electrical, and environmental tests on hardware prototypes and production units.
• Validate PCB designs for signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal performance.
• Conduct stress and reliability tests including temperature cycling, vibration, and ESD.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions and support NPI/NTI activities.
• Prepare comprehensive validation plans, test procedures, and detailed reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in hardware validation.
• Proficiency with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power analyzer).
• Strong understanding of hardware design principles and signal integrity concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex hardware issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting for automation using Python or LabVIEW.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC and JEDEC.
• Experience with compliance testing.
