What you will do

• Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks ensuring outputs meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Operate and adjust factory equipment to optimize production efficiency and collect operating data.
• Support the development, building, and testing of new products, prototypes, and processes.
• Set up equipment following SOPs and good manufacturing practices, including basic maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Operations Manager to meet output requirements and escalate issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kulim, Malaysia.
• Minimum qualification: SPM Holder.
• Readiness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, and commit to overtime.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic communication, reading, and comprehension skills in English.
• Physically able to perform routine tasks, including standing and handling materials up to 5kg.
