What you will do

• Evaluate and debug new test programs for advanced semiconductor products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and resolve product manufacturability issues related to testing hardware and software.
• Deploy AI tools for data analysis to improve test coverage, yield, and product health indicators.
• Develop and debug support software for test program validation and system debug activities.
• Perform first-level debug and failure analysis for issues detected in manufacturing environments.
• Contribute to early product development phases, supporting content implementation and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in yield analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Basic programming proficiency in C++, Python, PERL, or SQL.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
• Must be based in or able to work from Penang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Certification or proficiency in relevant technical and AI tools or software.
• Basic understanding of IC Test Methodology and PC architecture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and challenging project environment.
