What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the Accounts Receivable Collections team in Singapore, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance against established KPIs, providing regular feedback and improvement plans.
• Oversee case assignments within Service Cloud to ensure timely resolution of collection-related activities.
• Manage the CXI Report to handle customer queries, disputes, and escalations.
• Analyze daily collections reports to track outstanding receivables and identify financial risks.
• Prepare monthly collection forecasts for the Treasury Team to provide cash flow insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or equivalent with 5-7 years of collections experience.
• Strong expertise in the Accounts Receivable environment, including cash application processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively within a global, matrixed business environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of indirect tax frameworks such as VAT and GST.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
