What you will do

• Provide full-range fund accounting and administration services including NAV preparation, custody servicing, and investor record-keeping.
• Manage and train a team of Fund Accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to NAV processes.
• Review and approve fee schedules, management and carried interest calculations, and investor allocations.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and internal AML teams to ensure compliance and smooth operational workflows.
• Oversee payment of fund expenses and ensure all activities align with organizational controls and Service Level Agreements.
• Participate in system initiatives and contribute to technological improvements for NAV processes and client reporting.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in the fund administration industry, including staff management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• In-depth understanding of the fund industry and private equity operations.

Nice to have

• Qualified accountant status or relevant professional qualification.
• Knowledge of private credit or loan products.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
