TL;DR

Engineering Manager (VGo Network): Leading a team of engineers to build and scale a seller portal and API platform for logistics partners with an accent on technical delivery, scalability, and team growth. Focus on driving product roadmap execution, ensuring reliable software under scale, and fostering high engineering standards in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (2 days in office recommended but not enforced)

Salary: €5,175 - €7,000 gross per month

What you will do

  • Drive team delivery against product roadmap, quarterly planning, and execution.
  • Stay hands-on with technical details to build reliable, scalable software.
  • Develop Seller Portal and API foundations for large partner accounts.
  • Lead technical initiatives ensuring scalability for business operations.
  • Partner with Product on discovery and technical sequencing.
  • Improve team performance, raise standards, and own outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams
  • Skilled in building high-performing teams, scope setting, priority management, and delivery.
  • Demonstrated people leadership with focus on coaching and development.
  • Comfortable facilitating technical discussions with engineers, product, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics or partner-facing platforms.
