What you will do
- Draft and administer employment agreements and lifecycle documents for internal and external employees.
- Provide guidance on employment legislation and complex legal interpretations of agreements as a trusted consultant.
- Collaborate with payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions to ensure compliance.
- Support HR and financial audits and manage critical initiatives impacting employees across multiple countries.
- Develop and maintain internal global documentation on contracts management based on legislative changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events and providing HR support across various jurisdictions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for leading difficult conversations with professionalism.
- English: Advanced business level (C1) required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous, environment.
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
