Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined domain, aligning company goals with clear milestones.
  • Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and prototype validation.
  • Drive delivery by writing requirements and partnering with Engineering and Design for high-quality releases.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize between customer value, revenue, and technical debt.
  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, retention, and conversion.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and communicate risks to executives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to generate insights from raw datasets.
  • Experience with agile development and modern delivery practices.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Los Angeles.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup (Series A-C).
  • Experience building AI-enabled features or machine learning products.
  • Collaboration with Sales/Marketing on pricing and GTM execution.
