What you will do

• Support toy strategy development by segment and optimize pricing architecture.
• Gather consumer and play insights to inform toy usage and play patterns.
• Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to bring products from concept to shelf.
• Analyze business performance using POS and SKU metrics, including revenue and margin.
• Provide strategic input on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling for brand marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong quantitative and financial skills, including P&L management and forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage complex product development timelines.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in design and manufacturing.
• Background in CPG or toy industries with exposure to retail buyer dynamics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
