Salary: $78,800 - $161,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as category expert analyzing price, positioning, competition, and market needs to recommend product assortment and roadmap.
- Develop positioning strategies, portfolio architecture, concepts, claims, and pricing to maximize sales.
- Drive consumer-first messaging and assets partnering with Consumer Insights for global markets.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Creative Services, and Sales on worldwide go-to-market plans including packaging, digital, and in-store execution.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations, communicate value propositions to sales, and develop sell-in stories and merchandising.
- Manage creative processes, support best practices across touchpoints, and develop Associate Brand Managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Marketing experience with responsibility for Product Marketing, messaging, positioning, and innovation.
- 3+ years in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Experience leveraging consumer insights for marketing programs and campaigns.
- Experience in creative strategy, advertising, and new product launches.
- Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
