What you will do

• Develop compelling product and brand stories for ecommerce, DTC, and retail channels
• Coordinate go-to-market planning and product launches with cross-functional teams
• Shape consumer profiles including behaviors, attitudes, and media preferences
• Analyze trends, competitors, and insights to identify growth opportunities
• Translate insights into messaging, creative briefs, and resonant campaigns
• Create sales enablement materials and collaborate with Consumer Insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG
• Broad marketing skills: strategy definition, planning, product launches, execution
• Strong brand strategy, messaging, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions
• Excellent project management in cross-functional environments
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
