What you will do
- Own and develop a portfolio of customer accounts to maximize long-term value.
- Drive commercial outcomes, including expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure high platform adoption rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer priorities and drive impact.
- Lead complex projects, such as migrations to the next-generation platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing company.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Experience engaging and managing C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
