What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for Voi Business, from prospecting to closing and activation, while shaping the offering based on client feedback.
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of B2B clients across Europe, focusing on Germany and Sweden.
- Drive client onboarding, ensure early value realization, and manage relationships for upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences and inform market strategy.
- Take ownership of pipeline quality, activity, conversion, and continuous improvement against revenue targets.
- Contribute to commercial setup including target segments, pricing, and go-to-market as the business scales.
Requirements
- Fluency in English; German or Swedish is a strong plus
- 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Existing network in Germany or Sweden is a strong advantage
- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI in a role-specific context
