What you will do
- Build and execute territory/account plans, create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
- Practice insight-led selling: reframe customer problems, uncover bottlenecks, build buying committee alignment, and create mutual action plans.
- Own business case, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure with accurate forecasting.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers for workshops/demos, align with Customer Success for handoffs and expansion.
- Position against competitors with end-to-end automation narrative and neutralize threats.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Proven insight-led sales: push back respectfully, quantify impact, mobilize committees.
- Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/Procurement, manage complex multi-threaded deals (MEDDICC-style).
- Collaboration with presales and post-sales teams.
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language depending on territory)
Nice to have
- ERP/SAP exposure or selling into finance/procurement transformations.
- Experience with automation platforms (RPA, process mining, IDP).
- Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
