What you will do
- Build and execute territory strategies to create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partner motions, and events.
- Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles using insight-led selling to challenge customer framing and quantify the cost of inaction.
- Own the complete commercial process including business case development, pricing strategy, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to de-risk technical concerns and ensure seamless handoffs from close to kickoff.
- Position BLP's end-to-end AI solutions against fragmented RPA, OCR, and process mining toolsets.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to run complex sales cycles using MEDDICC-style qualification and strict forecasting discipline.
- Strong executive presence and comfort navigating procurement with CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Shared Services.
- Must be based in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway.
- Fluent in English and German or another major European language.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP/SAP (S/4, ECC, Cloud) or selling into finance and procurement transformations.
- Background selling automation platforms such as RPA, process mining, or IDP.
- Experience managing global enterprise rollouts and coordinating multi-country stakeholders.
