What you will do

  • Own the Northern Europe (NEUR) regional marketing strategy and translate global campaigns into locally relevant programs.
  • Drive pipeline growth and top-of-funnel volume through integrated campaigns, digital media, and content syndication.
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and personalized engagement plans for top-tier enterprise accounts.
  • Plan and execute regional events, including industry conferences, roundtables, and executive dinners.
  • Adapt global AppSec messaging for technical audiences, including CISOs and DevSecOps leaders.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, SDR teams, and channel partners to optimize lead conversion and deal progression.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within cybersecurity or DevSecOps.
  • Proven success in managing regional or field marketing in Northern Europe.
  • Expertise in demand generation, ABM, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity vendors.
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems and tooling.
  • Background in partner or channel marketing.
