What you will do
- Own and execute regional marketing strategy across APJ, focusing on Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and Japan.
- Build and scale integrated regional programs including campaigns, field events, webinars, and community initiatives.
- Partner with Sales to support pipeline generation and account-based initiatives.
- Localize global messaging and positioning to ensure cultural and market relevance across the region.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling regional narratives.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and track success metrics such as pipeline impact.
Requirements
- Strong experience in regional, field, or demand generation marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs across multiple countries.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and GTM teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing, high-ambiguity startup environment.
- Must be based in the APJ region (Singapore, ANZ, Korea, or Japan)
Nice to have
- Fluency in Japanese and/or Korean.
- Experience marketing highly technical products like AI platforms, security, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with APJ security markets and buying motions.
- Experience running partner or ecosystem marketing programs.
- Background in early-stage GTM motions or category-creation.
