What you will do

• Support regional field marketing programs and events to align with business priorities and deadlines.
• Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle including PO processes, SFDC campaign creation, and landing pages.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, shipments, and lead-capture configurations.
• Identify and implement improvements for regional workflows to remove bottlenecks.
• Execute EMEA-wide initiatives and ensure all KPIs and post-event follow-up goals are met.
• Collaborate with Digital, BDR, and Campaign teams for lead management and communications.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or operations (B2B/tech preferred).
• Strong organizational skills to manage 8–10 concurrent projects.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proactive mindset with a "get-it-done" attitude.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
