TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity): Develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing plans to build and accelerate sales pipeline across North America and EMEA with an accent on high-quality account progression, buying committee penetration, and full-lifecycle customer journey. Focus on leveraging intent signals, ABM campaigns, customer advocacy programs, and conversion optimization to drive new business and expansion opportunities.

Location: Remote - US (East or Central)

Salary: $87,200 - $130,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Develop and execute full-lifecycle account progression plans for new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Build multi-touch campaigns across webinars, events, email, social, and display to penetrate buying committees.
  • Orchestrate intent-based plays using 6sense and UserGems to track buyer movement and trigger precision targeting.
  • Create customer marketing programs leveraging success stories for expansion and cross-sell pipeline.
  • Optimize conversions from pre-qualified applications to sales-qualified opportunities and closed-won deals.
  • Own campaign content creation including reports, eBooks, white papers, and promotional offers.
  • Enable sales teams through planning sessions, lead tracking, and data-driven insights for regional efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of marketing experience in growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, ideally in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and modern growth technologies.
  • Experience with field marketing, events for prospects and customers.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and intent platforms like 6sense or UserGems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication for engaging content.
  • Ownership mindset to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with UserGems and Qualified.
  • Hands-on with JIRA and Tableau.
