What you’ll be doing:
— Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and support growth
— Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
— Support performance management, engagement, and development initiatives
— Ensure alignment with US employment practices and standards
— Contribute to building scalable HR processes and policies
