What you will do

  • Develop and execute a 3–4 year HR strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans.
  • Build an effective HR operating model covering HRBP, centralized Recruiting, C&B, L&D, and HR Ops.
  • Own workforce planning, headcount forecasting, HR budget, and KPIs/SLAs.
  • Lead end-to-end international recruiting and manage recruitment agencies.
  • Design and manage Compensation & Benefits including grading, salary ranges, and bonus programs.
  • Implement performance management cycles, calibration, and internal mobility programs.

Requirements

  • Proven HR leadership in Product IT organizations (600+ employees) or large IT services companies (1000+).
  • Strong experience in international companies with multinational teams.
  • Expertise in recruiting, C&B, performance management, HR ops, and analytics.
  • Ability to work as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Owners, and Board.
  • English: B2/C1 level and Ukrainian language proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine.
