What you will do

  • Originate and manage a portfolio of high-value Energy Transition clients and new relationships.
  • Drive business growth across core lending, project finance, and sustainable finance solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including credit submissions, approvals, and legal documentation.
  • Develop client strategies in collaboration with product partners and global coverage teams.
  • Act as the senior relationship lead, engaging with CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers.
  • Manage portfolio risk, client concentration, and return outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Corporate or Institutional Banking.
  • Proven track record in the renewable energy and Energy Transition sector.
  • Deep background in structured and corporate lending, including credit and legal aspects.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
