What you will do

• Map and document end-to-end collector and admin workflows to uncover detailed business requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, technical product specifications for engineering.
• Design robust data models and ensure data integrity across third-party system integrations.
• Lead roadmap planning for API-based integrations with vendors, payment portals, and ERPs.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineers to resolve tradeoff decisions.
• Own the feature lifecycle from ideation through launch, including writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong technical intuition with a deep understanding of how databases, APIs, and frontends work together.
• Ability to design and understand relational data models, schemas, and entity relationships.
• Demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with executives, customers, and engineers.
