What you will do

• Define and build the PLG framework, including tracking North Star metrics and identifying "Aha!" moments.
• Optimize onboarding flows and build in-app triggers to reduce Time-to-Value (TTV).
• Partner with Marketing to build automated, behavior-based messaging to drive activation milestones.
• Collaborate with RevOps to integrate tools like Segment, Mixpanel, and HubSpot/Salesforce for PQL triggering.
• Run continuous A/B tests on pricing pages, sign-up flows, and gated content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations, ideally within SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker).
• Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams to incorporate growth experiments into the roadmap.
• English: C1+ required (all applications and internal communications must be in English).
