What you will do

• Perform daily clearing functions, including trade capture, lifecycle management, and reconciliation.
• Oversee real-time risk operations by monitoring trading activity and evaluating risk requests.
• Collaborate with brokers, exchanges, and internal teams across Technology, Finance, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain detailed procedural documentation.
• Resolve breaks across various venues and products to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a financial operational role.
• Knowledge of post-trade lifecycles for Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX, or Options.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Availability and comfort with a 4-day workweek including one weekend day (specifically Wednesday–Saturday).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with exchange connectivity, clearing systems, and trading infrastructure.
