What you will do

  • Act as the single point of contact for institutional clients regarding operational queries and account onboarding.
  • Coordinate client events and issues across various operations teams to ensure seamless account setup prior to trading.
  • Monitor and remediate account-level metrics including cash/position reconciliations, NAV, and failing trades.
  • Liaise with custodians and prime brokers to establish connectivity and operational flows based on legal documentation.
  • Manage client-directed cash flow movements and asset transfers within internal systems.
  • Apply process reengineering methodologies to optimize tactical solutions and the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Client Services, Middle Office, or Asset Management.
  • Business fluency in Mandarin language.
  • Strategic thinking and strong data gathering skills to drive process optimization.
  • Risk management focus and ability to work under tight deadlines.
