Finance AR Intern

TL;DR

Finance AR Intern: Issue e-invoices and VAT invoices to overseas and Chinese clients from ERP system, settle collections, send due/overdue reminders. Focus on communicating with sales/production teams and clients on contract changes, updating AR reports, and handling ad hoc tasks.

Location: China, Shanghai (onsite). Relocation support provided.

What you will do

• Issue e-invoices and VAT invoices to overseas and Chinese clients from ERP system.
• Settle collections against invoices and send due/overdue reminders to clients.
• Communicate with sales, production teams, and clients regarding contract changes, invoices, and collections.
• Update AR-related reports and status.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
• Handle other ad hoc AR tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency (fluent speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, logical thinking, and proactive attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Prior AR accounting experience in multinational companies.
