What you will do

• Collaborate with corporate and regional finance teams and GBU functions across all lines of business and regions.
• Support planning cycle activities, including 3-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting for designated GBU areas.
• Perform variance analysis on actual results to explain discrepancies.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on set financial metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis per requirements.
• Enhance productivity through automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or financial planning within a multinational company.
• Good communication skills in both English and native language.
• Strong analytical skills, including consolidation, variance analysis, and drill-down capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Legal authorization to work in China.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase or Hyperion Financial Management.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power Query and Power BI.
• Experience with Python, IBM-TM1, SQL, or VBA.
