What you will do

• Design and implement resource mobilization strategies to secure significant commitments from donors in Europe and the Middle East.
• Manage a complex portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) philanthropists, family offices, and corporate foundations.
• Coordinate with internal program teams to articulate compelling cases for support and design tailored offerings.
• Represent the foundation in sector forums and craft narratives to motivate giving and influence donor communities.
• Maintain rigorous portfolio tracking and pipeline forecasting using Salesforce CRM and AI tools.

Requirements

• Must be able to legally work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record in complex partnership development or major gifts resource mobilization.
• Deep experience managing relationships with UHNW individuals in Europe (specifically UK and Germany) and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE).
• Ability to travel 40% of the time both domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Fluency in multiple languages, including Arabic.
• Strong existing networks within European and Middle Eastern philanthropic communities.
• Deep experience in resource mobilization specifically for global health and development.
