What you will do

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 10+ across Europe to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close key strategic deals to open new markets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Collaborate with operational and product teams for efficient revenue growth.
  • Contribute to business strategy focused on revenue and expansion.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing business development teams.
  • Track record leading high-performing commercial teams and exceeding targets.
  • Experience closing complex deals with strong sales know-how.
  • Data-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and networking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ticketing industry.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Background in marketplace, platform, or SaaS sales.
