Accountant

TL;DR

Accountant (Finance): Managing financial, tax, and company secretarial functions for multiple APAC entities with an accent on tax compliance and financial close processes. Focus on maintaining full sets of accounts, handling intercompany reconciliations, and ensuring statutory filings are completed on time.

Location: Responsible for entities in Taiwan, Korea, and China (Qingdao, Foshan, Xiamen, Beijing, Chengdu)

What you will do

• Manage full sets of accounts, fixed assets, journals, and bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, process invoices and payments, and review employee expense claims.
• Oversee tax compliance, including annual, quarterly, and monthly tax filings for Taiwan, Korea, and China.
• Manage company secretarial duties, including Board of Directors meetings and business license renewals.
• Review and approve payroll, including annual income returns and other statutory returns.
• Support internal audit teams at sub-contractor and distributor sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience.
