Accounts Payable Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the accounts payable team to maintain high performance and professional growth.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and manage vendor onboarding and W-9 documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Reconcile accounts payable and vouchers payable aging reports to the general ledger.
• Ensure strict adherence to GAAP, company policies, and internal controls through regular auditing.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• 2+ years of accounting experience specifically within a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Must already live in the Jacksonville, FL area.
