What you will do

• Align with Product, Autonomy, and SW teams on feature changes, requirements readiness, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate internal test suite development and testing cadence to ensure quality of product software.
• Collaborate with tester platforms and operations to develop automated validation assets for the Robotaxi vehicle.
• Oversee validation cycles, track results, and drive resolution for failures and blocked test cases.
• Present program status, risks, and challenges to company leadership.
• Lead multi-quarter planning for initiatives, process improvements, and resource alignment.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, software development, or software validation.
• At least 2 years of specific experience in program management.
• Deep understanding of the SW development lifecycle (SDLC) and SW release processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Lucid.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
