What you will do

• Set timelines and goals for large-scale AV development programs and cross-departmental initiatives
• Manage program timelines, track deliverables from product definition to OK to Launch for multiple AV platforms
• Identify task dependencies, anticipate risks, and execute mitigation plans with stakeholders
• Communicate with partner OEMs to align plans and escalate issues
• Implement changes, present progress reports, and champion safety and quality
• Support engineering leaders in process improvements and build cross-functional relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Product Development
• 7-10 years in program management with complex products
• Passion for process and people-oriented solutions with strong organizational skills
• Ability to see the big picture, multitask, prioritize, and translate technical ideas

Nice to have

• PMP Certification
• Experience with ADAS or Vehicle Control products
• High-growth startup experience
• Work with Japanese Automotive OEM or Suppliers
