Compensation: $225k - $275k OTE

What you will do

• Own coordination of the PoC program, updating execution plans and ensuring accurate status reporting for leadership.
• Streamline workflows via Jira automation and consistent documentation in Confluence.
• Act as execution partner for Solutions Architects, organizing initiatives to free them for customer-facing work.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams for PoC requirements.
• Identify improvements for repeatable PoC patterns and reduced team overhead.
• Lead architect-related initiatives like workshops, partner activities, and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years in delivery management, program or project management in tech
• Track record managing distributed technical teams or coordinating in fast-scaling environments
• Strong project tracking and workflow optimization knowledge
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in operational leadership
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and project lifecycles
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, planning, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML or GPU workloads
• Familiarity with PoC, onboarding, pre-sales in cloud/enterprise
• Background in consulting, professional services, or internal operations
• Data-driven performance analysis and reporting
