What you will do

• Govern the release lifecycle of complex systems integrating sensors, hardware, and remote software.
• Track technical health, process velocity, and deployment frequency to drive program improvements.
• Partner with Engineering Managers for weekly planning and prioritization of release support and enablement projects.
• Coordinate with QA, Operations, and System Testing to ensure alignment on scope and deployment windows.
• Translate product roadmaps into actionable release trains and define branching strategies.
• Manage technical and execution risks and provide data-driven "Go/No-Go" reporting for leadership.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in program management, software development, or software validation.
• At least 2 years of specific experience in program management.
• Proficiency in SW development lifecycle (SDLC) and software release processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, or similar tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with safety-critical systems (Robotics, Aerospace, Medical Devices).
• Knowledge of hardware-software integration and HiL/SiL testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based branching and CI/CD pipelines.
